Shipping policy
We ship AXON EDC orders worldwide, with tracking on every parcel.
Processing time
Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 10–20 business days after shipping. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during holidays or because of customs checks.
Shipping rates
- Standard tracked shipping: $5.90 per order.
- Free shipping on orders of $100 or more.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. Tracking can take a few days to show the first update.
Customs, duties and taxes
- United States: orders ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — import duties and taxes are already included in the price, so there's nothing extra to pay on delivery.
- European Union: EU import duty and VAT are already included in the product price and are paid by us before your parcel ships, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
- All other countries: your order may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country. These are not included in the price and are the customer's responsibility.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of shipping, or tracking hasn't updated for 10 days, email us at nexfidget@gmail.com with your order number. We'll work with the carrier and, if the parcel is lost, send a free replacement or a full refund.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible — we can update the address only before the order ships. Parcels returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address can be reshipped at the customer's cost.
