Refund policy

We want you to love your AXON EDC gear. If something isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery — this applies to orders shipped anywhere in the world, including the EU and UK.

Returns

Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.
To start a return, email us at nexfidget@gmail.com with your order number. We'll reply with the return address and instructions. Please don't send items back without contacting us first — returns sent without a return authorization can't be processed.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived defective, damaged or incorrect (see below). We recommend a tracked shipping service.

Refunds

Once your return arrives and is inspected, we'll email you and issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may need a few extra days to show it.
The refund covers the item price. The original shipping charge is non-refundable, except where the law requires it (for example, EU and UK customers who cancel the whole order within 14 days receive the standard delivery cost back as well).

Defective, damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives defective, damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery at nexfidget@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and the issue.
We'll offer you a full refund or a free replacement — your choice — at no cost to you. If we ask you to send the item back, we cover the return shipping.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order.

EU and UK right of withdrawal

If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the statutory right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. Our 30-day policy above includes and extends this right.
