When will my order ship?
Orders are prepared and shipped within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as it ships.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive within 10–20 business days after shipping. Times can be longer during holidays or customs checks. Every parcel is tracked.
How much is shipping?
Standard tracked shipping is $5.90 per order, and free on orders of $100 or more.
Do you ship to my country?
We ship worldwide with tracking. If your country isn't offered at checkout, email us and we'll check what we can do.
Will I pay customs duties or import taxes?
United States and European Union: import duties and taxes are already included in the price — nothing extra to pay on delivery.
Other countries: your order may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country; these are paid by the customer.
Where is my order?
Use the tracking number from your shipping email on our Track your order page. Tracking can take a few days to show the first update. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days of shipping, or tracking hasn't moved for 10 days, email us at nexfidget@gmail.com — if a parcel is lost, we send a free replacement or a full refund.
Can I return an item?
Yes — within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Email nexfidget@gmail.com with your order number to start a return; return shipping is paid by the customer. EU and UK customers also have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Full details in our Refund policy.
What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?
Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. You choose: a full refund or a free replacement — at no cost to you.
Is it really titanium?
The material of every item is listed on its product page. Most of our pry bars, pocket tools and beads are titanium; some items are made of brass, stainless steel, aluminium or PEI resin, and say so on the page.
How do I care for titanium?
Titanium doesn't rust, so a wipe with a soft cloth is all it needs. Anodized and flamed colours are a surface finish and can soften with heavy daily carry — many people like that worn-in look.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cards and PayPal. Payments are processed by our partner Western Bid, Inc., so your statement will show WESTERN BID as the payee.
